Trumpet Lessons

The trumpet belongs to the most popular and known wind instruments of our times. Popular music can hardly be imagined without it, both as solo instrument and as part of the wind section. During the generation of sound, the air pressure determines the sound character while lip tension determines the instrument’s pitch.

Although a trumpet has only three valves, it can play sounds of more than three octaves. Its generated sounds are brilliant, bright and loud. This instrument leads the wind section.

During the classes at the [MA], you will be prepared specifically for playing in a rock, pop, funk or jazz ensemble. Here, you become an important member of a band’s wind section, or you assume the role as a soloist.
